This Acceptable Use Policy outlines activities that are not permitted on the Eomly platform. It applies to all users, merchants, and developers who access or use Eomly services.
By creating an account or using any Eomly product, you agree to comply with this policy. We reserve the right to update it as needed — significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users before or at the time enforcement action is taken, except where doing so would compromise an investigation or violate legal obligations.
If you suspect that a user, merchant, or listing is violating this policy, please report it to our compliance team. We investigate every report and take appropriate action.
