Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines activities that are not permitted on the Eomly platform. It applies to all users, merchants, and developers who access or use Eomly services.

By creating an account or using any Eomly product, you agree to comply with this policy. We reserve the right to update it as needed — significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

2. Illegal Activities

You may not use Eomly for any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sale or distribution of illegal goods or services
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive business practices
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or proceeds of crime
• Unauthorized financial activity or unlicensed money transmission

3. Prohibited Products & Services

The following categories of products and services are not permitted on the Eomly platform:

• Counterfeit, replica, or knock-off goods
• Stolen property or goods obtained through illegal means
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
• Weapons, ammunition, or explosives prohibited by law
• Fraudulent financial products, pyramid schemes, or Ponzi schemes

4. Misuse of the Platform

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or undermine Eomly systems is strictly prohibited. Examples include:

• Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent security controls
• Abusing payment systems through chargebacks, refund fraud, or unauthorized transactions
• Manipulating marketplace rankings, reviews, or search results
• Creating multiple fraudulent accounts or impersonating other users
• Automated scraping, data harvesting, or denial-of-service attacks

5. Enforcement

Eomly takes violations of this policy seriously. If we determine that a user or merchant has breached the Acceptable Use Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Suspend or permanently terminate the offending account
• Remove product listings, storefronts, or content that violates this policy
• Restrict access to platform features, wallets, or withdrawal capabilities
• Withhold funds pending investigation of fraudulent activity
• Report illegal activity to the relevant law enforcement authorities

We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users before or at the time enforcement action is taken, except where doing so would compromise an investigation or violate legal obligations.

6. Report Violations

If you suspect that a user, merchant, or listing is violating this policy, please report it to our compliance team. We investigate every report and take appropriate action.
