Eomly provides financial services including payments, wallets, virtual cards, marketplace tools, money transfers, and related features. You may use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to any service at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, ensuring the accuracy of information you provide, and complying with applicable laws. You agree not to use the platform in any way that could harm Eomly, other users, or third parties.
You may not use Eomly for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal activity. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise our systems. You may not create accounts using false identities or automate access to the platform without written permission.
Eomly may charge fees for certain services including transactions, currency conversion, and premium features. All fees are disclosed before you complete a transaction. We reserve the right to update our fee structure with reasonable notice.
All content, branding, software, and technology on the Eomly platform are owned by Eomly Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.
Eomly is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for reliability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Eomly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to Eomly or other users. You may also close your account at any time through your account settings.
Any disputes arising from your use of Eomly will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under the laws of the United States.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll notify you through the platform or by email. Continued use of Eomly after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
