Track, fulfill, and manage your marketplace orders.
All orders appear in your Seller Dashboard → Orders. Each order shows the buyer's details, items purchased, payment status, and shipping status.
When a new order comes in, you'll receive a notification. Mark the order as 'Processing' when you start preparing it, and 'Shipped' when it's on its way.
For shipped orders, enter the tracking number and courier name. The buyer will receive automatic updates on their order status.
If a buyer requests a return or reports an issue, you can manage the dispute from the order detail page. Eomly's escrow system protects both parties.
Digital product orders are fulfilled automatically — the buyer receives download access immediately after payment.
