How to accept payments from customers worldwide.
Eomly lets you accept payments via mobile money (M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and Eomly wallet balance.
When a customer pays you — whether through the marketplace, an invoice, or a direct payment link — the funds land in your Eomly wallet automatically.
You can view all incoming payments from Dashboard → Wallet → Transactions. Each transaction shows the amount, payment method, customer details, and status.
For marketplace sellers, payments are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery or the protection period expires. This keeps both parties safe.
Processing times vary by method: card payments are instant, mobile money takes seconds to a few minutes, and bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to settle.
