KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for individual users who want to send, receive, or withdraw money on Eomly.
To complete KYC, go to Dashboard → Settings → Verification. Upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license) and take a selfie.
The verification process typically takes 24–48 hours. You'll receive an email once your account is approved.
KYC helps us prevent fraud, money laundering, and identity theft. It's a standard requirement in the financial industry.
Your documents are encrypted and stored securely. They are never shared with third parties beyond regulatory requirements.
