Verification is required before you can send or receive money, withdraw funds, or list products for sale. This keeps the platform secure for everyone.
For individuals (KYC), you'll need a government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license) and a clear selfie. Upload both from Dashboard → Settings → Verification.
For businesses (KYB), you'll additionally need your business registration certificate, proof of address, and the ID of a key officer or director.
Most verifications are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. You'll receive an email once your account is approved. If additional documents are needed, we'll let you know.
